• Question: if contagious illnesses (eg. flu) can be passed on by the sharing of water bottles, cutlery, etc. is it possible to make your self sick again, after you have recovered, by using a water bottle or something similar that you used when you were sick?

Hehe I used to think that too and be afraid of drinking from such bottles! But then Science gave me the answer 😛 Actually, if its just your water bottle and you dont share it with someone else, then its fine to drink from it because your body has already fought that flu and built immunity against it so you wont get sick from it again.
Also, water bottles are closed with screw caps so yeah even if its been left in there for a while as long as its closed, you arent gonna get sick from it.

Nope you should be ok! Your body is already familiar with the virus so it knows how to fight it again when it comes in contact with it 🙂
