In the sense that it doesn’t have the nutritional value you need for everyday healthy meals. It has too much sugar and carbs, as well as high in fat and salt. And the ingredients are not fresh (most of it is made from processed or frozen stuff). McD is designed for speed and convenience, not for improving your health. Like if you have it once in a while, its not gonna be bad but if you consume it everyday or every other day that’s not gonna be good for your health.
I really wish it was….. but unfortunately no, McDonald’s is terrible for you! I think Remsha covered all the facts…. and hey 6 chicken nuggets every now and again is fine I’m sure (as part of a balanced diet!)
